Welcome to the Georgia Impact organization, established in 2002, with more than 20 years dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young women. We pride ourselves on being the leading fastpitch organization in the Southwest.

Our committed coaching staff offers top-notch instruction and support, and our connections in the college realm open doors for players to their softball careers. Join us today and be a part of our successful legacy!

Our Premier teams participate in a National Schedule, including Colorado and California tournaments.

Our teams range from 10u to 18u and are currently located across Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Alabama, Connecticut, and the Carolinas. We carefully evaluate all prospective teams and coaches to ensure they complement the values of our organization and contribute to our long-standing legacy of success.
